Hello Everyone! We are half way through January 2010; boy does time fly when you are having fun! It is amazing the enjoyment we have had so far....but there is still so much more to come! It was a perfect day today; the sun was shining and the conditions are exceptional. What more could you ask for?
Snow Conditions! Our groomers are working dilligently and the conditions are perfect! You can look forward to spring like weather this coming weekend! The weatherman is calling for sunny breaks on both Saturday and Sunday and temperatures hovering around the freezing mark!

We've have a winner! Devil's Glen's very own Julia Roth won the GMC Pontiac Cup GS last Saturday in MONT-STE-ANNE, Que. Julia continues to have a solid season on the slopes with her victory in the women’s giant slalom for her first career victory on the GMC Cup alpine skiing circuit. Julia is off to the Alpine World Junior Championships in Mont Blanc Region, France; which will be taking place at the end of January......way to go Julia!! ... more

The sign up sheet is now available for sign up on the bulletin board just inside the Club doors. Unfortunately the attendance for these magnificent Friday night dinners is waning; it would be such a terrible shame if we had to remove this marvellous Social Event from our Social Calendar. Ladies Day 2010 It's hard to believe but it is almost here.....have your bought your tickets yet?
Once again we would like to inform our Members that the Club is very aware of the potential conflict that arises with a school PD day on February 12th; unfortunately, numerous attempts to schedule Ladies Day on alternative dates met with numerous other scheduling conflicts, and the date had to remain on the Friday of the Family Day Weekend. The good news is that next year there is no conflict with Ladies Day and the Family Day Holiday as they do not fall on the same weekend! On a side note....for those of you who have children under the age of 6, registration for our nursery is available for Ladies Day. Please don't forget to buy your tickets today..... ... more

Long Range Planning Are you interested in learning more about the Long Range Plans for Devil's Glen? Then please join the Long Range Planning Committee on Saturday, January 16, 2010 in the Senior Lounge at 2:00 p.m. Since 2007, Devil's Glen has undertaken a comprehensive planning process to establish a well thought out and fiscally responsible plan for the necessary replacement of the Club’s existing infrastructure and the identification and evaluation of potential new infrastructure. |
